AmQuip Announces the Promotion of Frank Bardonaro, Jr. to President & CEO

AmQuip’s Board of Managers today approved the promotion of Frank Bardonaro, Jr. to President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, President and Chief Operating Officer, Bardonaro takes the reins from Richard Bard who will remain as AmQuip’s Chairman.

“On behalf of the Board of Managers, I’m pleased to announce that Frank will take sole charge of our day-to-day business, reporting directly to the Board, “said Richard Bard. “He has provided the leadership to manage AmQuip successfully through this recessionary downturn, and he has the support of our management team, customers and key suppliers as we move forward together, “he added.

“I’m delighted to have the Board’s confidence in me and my management team, “said Frank Bardonaro. “We will continue our strong commitment to our customers, by acquiring the best new equipment and expanding into new customer markets with our customers and through key regional acquisitions. I am committed to having AmQuip remain the leading provider of services in the crane rental industry and the leader in safety,” he added.
