AmQuip Attends Coal-Gen 2009
AmQuip continues to demonstrate its expertise by providing turn-key solutions to the Power industry. Our most recent efforts were showcased at the Coal-Gen Trade Show in Charlotte, North Carolina. Coal-Gen is the industry’s most dynamic event covering the latest topics affecting the design, development, upgrading, operation and maintenance of coal-fueled power plants.
Representatives from AmQuip including, President & COO, Frank Bardonaro were in attendance promoting AmQuip’s ability to provide construction services ingenuitive solutions to today’s ever changing demands for clean energy. AmQuip made an impact with its product information, promotional items as well as the highly anticipated raffle of our Potain MDT 178 tower crane model.
Over 2,500 were in attendance; exhibitors ranging from major construction companies such as Shaw, Jacobs, Bechtel, and Flour to vendors that cater to the power generation companies like American Electric Power, Duke Energy, East Kentucky Power Coop, and Progress Energy.
