HAMMONS JOINS AMQUIP AS VICE PRESIDENT OF RISK MANAGEMENT

Philadelphia, PA (January 3, 2008) - AmQuip is pleased to announce that Jeff Hammons was recently hired as Vice President of Risk Management. Jeff comes back to AmQuip after working with Parsons for three successful years as Corporate Safety Manager in their Global Transportation Business Unit. Jeff will lead AmQuip's Risk Management Department starting in 2008.

Jeff has 20 years of experience in Heavy Construction, Construction Management and Crane Rental and Related Services. His background includes eight years as Corporate Safety Director with two of the largest crane rental companies in the United States.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree from Union College, KY and is currently working towards an MBA from Penn State's Smeal College of Business in Philadelphia. Jeff will be based in Philadelphia, PA.
